I received a message from our online contact form about an hour ago from a person who was not happy that his one month old Coleman air bed would not stay inflated.

Google is imperfect at the best of times but how he got directed to Nine Clouds is still a mystery to me.
 

I answered that we don't sell air beds of any kind let alone Coleman and that he should contact the retailer where he purchased the bed because they should be supporting him. I told him we definitely would if we sold the product whether he bought it from us or not.

We have manufacturers that we've not bought from in years that still support our customers when they have warranty needs and we truly appreciate that in a supplier. It's not guaranteed in the mattress business, but it should be.
