I get asked this question every day. Many customers tell me “I don’t know what kind of mattress I am looking for but I don’t want a pillow top.” They have been burned by a collapsing/dipping mattress that didn’t last satisfactorily anywhere near the length of time implied by the warranty (usually 10 years).

Customers are very surprised when I tell them that a manufacturer could make three different models (pillowtop, eurotop and tight top) with identical comfort layers and people would find it impossible to tell the difference in a blind test, but it’s true.

The difference is only cosmetic and as with all consumer products looks help sell a mattress but in this case at least simply just add to the cost. Drop by sometime and try our top of the line mattresses, all of them are tight tops:)
