A standard 3/4 mattress is 47”x 74” but I would say that would only represent 70% of the mattresses we’ve had made for customers who came in looking for three quarter size. Some are an inch or two narrower but more often they are two to five inches shorter than standard.

 It’s not a problem if you need a custom size 3/4, it will usually take a week or two to have one made and the good news is there is only a small up charge extra for that service. We have 3/4 mattresses in every firmness from rock hard to extra plush and in every price range from $249 to $2299.
