We recently purchased a queen size I series memory foam mattress from Nine Clouds Beds. When our mattress arrived, the installer discovered that our bed frame had been installed incorrectly by the previous vendor and the box spring was faulty and no longer useable as a result. We immediately called Nine Clouds Beds and ordered a new box spring and frame and they were able to deliver them in less than 10 days. Not only that, but Bill gave us a terrific deal and Christina provided us with top rate service. We also want to thank Ashley and Ryan who delivered the mattress, box spring and frame, installed them and took great care while doing so. Their expertise has helped us to sleep better at night. We would certainly recommend Nine Clouds Beds to anyone who is looking for the right fit.
