Unfortunately the need for home hospital beds is on a steady rise as our population ages. Ontario hospitals are requiring patients to leave their care after a minimum stay and a personal home care bed can be just the answer.They facilitate raising and lowering of the head and foot as well as the sleep surface as a whole. Most home car beds are 36″ wide by 80″ long which is slightly narrower somewhat longer than a standard twin size. When buying sheets look for packages called Twin Xl which is slightly larger (39″ x80″), they should work quite well for your new home care bed.

With this bed you need to change bed positions by hand using cranks. If you are unable to do this, you will need to ask someone to help you.
Our most popular model of Home Hospital Bed is actually fully electric the hand crank is just for emergencies..
